The process is still at the final administrative stage, involving a thorough review to ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements .
Final Stages
The AGF explained that the last stage of the exercise involves :
– Issuance of implementation instruments: After approval by the Council of State, the instruments for implementing the decision will be issued.
– Final review : A last opportunity for remedial action before forwarding the instruments to the Controller-General of Corrections.
