This transformative deal more than doubles Seplat Energy’s production capacity, positioning the company for significant growth and profitability while contributing substantially to Nigeria’s future prosperity.
The acquisition has expanded Seplat Energy’s portfolio to include equity in 11 blocks (onshore and shallow water Nigeria), 48 producing oil and gas fields, 5 gas processing facilities, and 3 export terminals. This significant expansion cements Seplat Energy’s position as a leading player in Nigeria’s energy sector.
