.Government Agency of the Year-National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI), .NIPCO Gas as recipient of Gas Infrastructure Leadership Award 2025 in recognition of its outstanding achievement in gas infrastructure development, among others distinguished recipients.
The awardees were selected for their outstanding contributions to the energy sector and positive impact on Nigeria’s economy and citizens.
According to a statement signed by the newspaper’s Editorial Board Chairman, Alhaji Yakubu Lawal, a team of industry experts was constituted as a body of advisers to strengthen the content and credibility of the award.
Lawal explained that the 2026 edition of the ENERGY TIMES Award is designed to appreciate and recognise individuals and organisations whose work continues to transform the energy landscape and improve lives across the country.
ENERGY TIMES started as a weekly newspaper and is now a bi-weekly publication based in Lagos, the nation’s commercial hub.
