Reiterating the primacy of wellness , Agoro said the Group has implemented a comprehensive mental health sensitization program across all properties, in collaboration with the Occupational Health & Safety Manager, achieving full participation from the workforce.
“Additionally, Continental remains the only luxury hospitality brand in Nigeria offering on-site crèche facilities for nursing mothers. Employee benefits include four months of maternity leave and paternity leave for male employees. We promote equitable shared parenting responsibilities and gender-inclusive workforce policies,” Agoro noted.
On standardized food welfare and growth vision, Agoro explained that employees receive two meal options daily and have access to a monthly guest-style lunch buffet. Monthly feedback mechanisms ensure that menus cater to dietary needs and preferences.
