Education Minister Dr. Maruf Alausa praised JAMB’s use of technology in managing admissions, saying its data has improved policy planning and decision-making. He urged the sector to adapt to a world shaped by technology, global competition, and skills-driven development.
JAMB also set admission deadlines: October 31, 2026, for public universities; November 30, 2026, for private universities; and December 31, 2026, for polytechnics, monotechnics, and colleges of education.
